Amy Walters Cohen is the author of Ruthlessly Caring and founder of Human Dynamics Research. She provides evidence-based insights that help organisations transform culture, evolve performance, and navigate complex leadership challenges.

With over 10 years’ experience in applied psychology, including roles as Head of Research at EY and Lane4, Amy has led research across leadership, organisational culture, coaching effectiveness, hybrid working, and the future of work.

Amy was the first solo female author to win Business Book of the Year at the Business Book Awards and was named Thought Leader of the Year at the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards.

A regular keynote speaker, she has been featured in Ambition, The CEO Magazine, PQ Magazine, HRD Magazine, and on The Evolving Leader podcast. Her work blends rigorous research with practical application to help leaders navigate the realities of modern work
